摘要
郭二庄矿一坑开采下组煤时受煤层底板奥灰强含水层威胁,水文地质类型为复杂型,根据要求矿井必须在二水平马项副井井底车场设置防水闸门或抗灾潜水泵排水系统。通过对常规潜水泵排水系统硐室存在的问题分析,结合马项副井井底车场附近工程地质条件,提出将潜水泵排水系统由常规的硐室式改进为巷道式。本项目的建设降低了工程施工难度,加快了工程的建设进度,保障了矿井的安全生产,为受水害威胁的矿井建设抗灾潜水泵排水系统提供了宝贵的经验。
The underground coal mining in thefirst pit of Guo'erzhuang Mine is threatened by the Ordovician limestone aquifer of coal seamfloor,and the hydrogeological type is complex.According to the requirements,the mine must set waterproof gate or anti-disaster submersible pump drainage system in the bottom yard of the second level Maxiang auxiliary shaft.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the tunnel of the conventional submersible pump drainage system,combined with the engineering geological conditions near the bottom yard of Majang auxiliary shaft,this paper proposes for thefirst time the improvement of the submersible pump drainage system from the conventional chamber type to the tunnel type.The construction of this project reduces the difficulty of engineering construction,speeds up the construction progress of the project,guarantees the safe production of the mine,and provides valuable experience for the construction of disaster resistant submersible pump drainage system in the mine threatened by water disaster.
