长三角体育产业协同创新共同体是凭借政府和社会的共同参与,凭借产学研政企紧密结合,充分发挥市场力量,具有协同互补性与成长性等特征的一种组织创新模式。这一模式能在经济要素流动、产业分工协作、公共服务均等和基础设施共享等方面通过发挥区域联通效应、分工深化效应、区域协同效应、支撑效应缩小区域发展差距,实现区域协同均衡化发展。但在实践中面临着来自要素市场、产业结构、公共服务和基础设施方面的挑战。因此,在发展过程中需要打造生产要素自由流动的发展格局,推动体育产业结构优化与升级,创新公共服务跨域协同治理,构建系统完备的现代化基础设施体系。

The Yangtze River Delta Sports Industry Collaborative Innovation Community is an innovative organizational model characterized by joint participation of the government and society,close integration of industry,academia,research,government,and business,and the effective utilization of market forces.With features such as synergistic complementarity and growth potential,this model can facilitate regional balanced development by leveraging effects like regional connectivity,deepening division of labor,regional synergy,and stimulating effects to narrow regional development gaps in the aspects like the flow of economic factors,collaborative industrial division of labor,equal provision of public services,and shared infrastructure.However,in practice,it encounters challenges from factor markets,industrial structures,public services,and infrastructure.Hence,during the development process,it is crucial to establish a development pattern allowing free flow of production factors,promote optimization and upgrading of the sports industry structure,innovate cross-domain collaborative governance of public services,and construct a comprehensively modernized infrastructure system.
