基于对偶上升法的配电网分布式无功优化

摘要 针对高渗透率配电网中由可再生能源出力间歇性导致的电压波动、电压越限问题,利用分布式机组的快速无功支撑能力,提出一种基于对偶上升法的配电网分布式无功优化算法。考虑到分布式机组的隐私保护、系统线损的不可分离特性以及系统节点电压的全局耦合特性,先引入辅助变量将原问题转化为可分离优化问题;然后基于分布式机组的快速无功支撑能力和对偶上升法设计分布式无功优化算法,在电压分布允许偏差内协调配电网运营商及分布式机组实现系统线损最小化。最后利用数值仿真验证了所提算法在电压调节及线损优化方面的有效性。 To mitigate voltage fluctuations and voltage violations due to the intermittency of renewable energy generation in distribution networks with high penetration rate of renewable energy sources,a dual-ascent algorithm for distributed reactive power optimization of distribution network is proposed,in which fast-acting reactive power support of distributed generations is considered.Specifically,considering the privacy protection of distributed generations,the inseparable characteristics of system losses,and the global coupling characteristics of voltages,auxiliary variables are introduced,making the transition from the original problem to a separable optimization problem;then a distributed reactive power optimization algorithm is designed based on the fast-acting reactive power support of distributed generations and dual-ascent algorithm,which coordinates the distribution network operator and distributed generations to achieve system losses minimization within allowable voltage profile.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in voltage regulation and system losses optimization is verified by numerical simulations.
