摘要
考虑到园区型综合能源系统(community integrated energy system, CIES)因可再生能源的引入所带来的不确定性以及因各种不同的能源设备所带来的复杂性,并且结合当下对于节能环保的高度重视,提出了一种针对园区综合能源系统的多时间尺度优化调度策略。首先对构成园区综合能源系统的各个能源设备进行数学建模,然后开始制定中长时间尺度的优化调度策略。长时间尺度为日前调度,其考虑园区综合能源系统的经济性和低碳性,利用预测信息制定园区一天的调度计划;中时间尺度为滚动优化调度,其以日前调度计划为参考,在目标函数中引入功率调整惩罚项,使用模型预测控制的方法,实现对负荷的精确响应。最后,通过仿真实验证明了所设计的多时间尺度策略的可行性和可靠性。
Considering the uncertainty brought by the introduction of renewable energy and the complexity brought by various kinds of energy equipment in the community integrated energy system(CIES),and considering the current high attention to energy conservation and environmental protection,a multiple time-scale optimal scheduling strategy for the community integrated energy system is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of each energy equipment constituting the community integrated energy system is established,and then the optimal scheduling strategy for the medium and long time scale is formulated.Long time scale is day ahead scheduling,which considers the economy and low carbon of the community integrated energy system,and uses prediction information to formulate the one-day scheduling plan.The middle time scale is rolling optimal scheduling,which takes the day ahead scheduling plan as a reference,introduces the power adjustment penalty term in the objective function,and uses the model predictive control method to achieve accurate response to the load.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the multiple time-scale strategy are proved by simulation experiments.
