摘要
玉米育种和生产上存在种质遗传基础狭窄,抗病优质自交系缺少等问题。选用具有早熟、耐密、抗性强等特性的国外杂交种作为基础材料,与自交系郑58杂交并改良,选育出既耐密植又抗性强、适应性广的新玉米自交系辽50518,用其组配的杂交种具有高产,稳产、耐密植、抗性强、熟期适宜、适应性广、品质优良等特点。自交系辽50518已成为辽宁省农业科学院玉米育种中重要的种质资源之一。
To target the problems of maize breeding and narrow genetic base of germplasm and the lack of disease-resistant high-quality inbred lines,a new maize inbred line Liao 50518 with multiple resistance,dense tolerance and wide adaptability was selected by using foreign hybrids with early maturity,dense tolerance and multiple resistance as the base material and the domestic backbone inbred line Zheng 58 as the parent for cross improvement.It is a new maize hybrid with high yield,dense tolerance,disease resistance,suitable maturity,wide adaptability and excellent quality.Liao 50518 has become one of the important germplasm resources in maize breeding of our institute.
