摘要
针对研究配电物联智能终端现场调试需求,提出了就地模拟云测试技术和不同类型终端的信号注入方法,并据此在现场调试中实现了“端、边、云”的自动闭环调试。针对一二次融合DTU/FTU现场调试,提出了独立的电磁式/电子式信号输出通道设计和高精度输出技术,并与模拟配电主站配合实现全自动闭环调试。并详细阐述了调试工具软件架构设计以及智能终端自动测试流程设计基于此技术的调试工具,经现场试用,效果良好。
With the advancement of the construction of the power Internet of Things,a large amount of intelligent terminal devices and data need to be connected to the Internet of Things platform.Due to the standardization and intelligence of the software and hardware of intelligent terminal devices,the low convenience of device assembly and maintenance,as well as the uneven level of construction skills and the lack of specialized debugging tools,the current installation and debugging quality and efficiency are low,affecting the practical application of the power internet of things.For this purpose,the on site debugging requirements of distribution IoT intelligent terminals were studied,and on site simulation cloud testing technology and signal injection methods for different types of terminals were proposed.Based on this,automatic closed loop debugging of“end,edge,and cloud”was achieved in on site debugging.For the on site debugging of the primary and secondary fusion DTU/FTU,an independent electromagnetic/electronic signal output channel design and high precision output technology was proposed,and fully automatic closed loop debugging was achieved in conjunction with the simulated distribution main station.The paper also elaborates the design of software architecture of debugging tool and the design of automatic test flow of intelligent terminal.The debugging tool based on this technology was tested on site and good results were shown.
