文章介绍了在使用常规涤纶长丝设备的情况下,通过适当调整部分工艺参数(纺丝温度、缓冷条件、冷却条件、上油条件、拉伸卷绕工艺等)来开发和生产“十”字异形截面纤维,经过多次试验并统计分析数据得出目前比较合理的生产工艺。

This paper introduces the development and production of“cross”shaped cross section fiber by properly adjusting some process parameters(spinning temperature,slow cooling condition,cooling condition,oiling condition,drawing and winding process,etc.)under the condition of using conventional polyester filament equipment,and the current relatively reasonable production process is obtained through multiple tests and statistical analysis of data.
