Research on talent cultivation of digital creative industry in Changsha under the background of“Media Art City”:taking Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Park as an example

文章旨在深入调研以马栏山视频文创产业园为代表的长沙数字创意产业发展现状,寻求数字创意产业人才培育与地方高校的紧密合作,以提升高校服务地方区域经济与产业的能力,为数字时代下文化创意产业人才的培养提供湖南经验和模式。

This paper aims to conduct in-depth research on the current development status of the digital creative industry in Changsha,represented by the Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industry Park,and seek close cooperation between digital creative industry talent cultivation and local universities to enhance the ability of universities to serve local regional economy and industries,providing Hunan experience and models for the cultivation of cultural and creative industry talents in the digital era.
