高职院校大学生创新创业能力培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability for College Students in Vocational Colleges

随着如今中国经济的高速发展,各高职院校积极响应国家号召开展创新创业教育,培养创新创业人才,对社会的经济发展有积极的作用。目前高职院校创新创业教育仍然处在起步阶段,所以需要探寻更为合理的创新创业人才培养途径。本文提出创新创业能力培养的意义,通过对当前高职院校在大学生创新创业能力培养方面存在的问题和挑战剖析,进行针对问题探索对应的解决策略,以利于高职院校能够结合实际情况,完善创新创业教育,探索创新创业发展的新思路,更好的着力培养学生的创新创业能力,让高职院校的毕业生能够在激烈的就业市场中更具有竞争力。

With the rapid development of China's economy,various vocational colleges actively respond to the national call to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education,cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and have a positive effect on the economic development of society.At present,higher vocational college innovation and entrepreneurship education is still in its infancy,so it is necessary to explore more reasonable ways to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This article proposes the significance of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability,analyzes the current problems and challenges in cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability in vocational colleges,and explores corresponding solutions to these problems.This will help vocational colleges improve innovation and entrepreneurship education based on actual situations,explore new ideas for innovation and entrepreneurship development,and better focus on cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,enable graduates from vocational colleges to be more competitive in the fierce job market.
