Taking the perspective of educational ecology,this study explores strategies for the collaborative development of high-level ESP(English for Specific Purposes)teaching and professional competence.Through empirical research,it analyzes the relationship between ESP teaching and professional development,and proposes corresponding strategies and measures to promote the collaborative development of ESP teaching and professional competence,aiming to enhance teaching quality.The study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the collaborative development of high-level ESP teaching and professional competence.
