绿色发展理念下乡村高质量发展路径探析——以民勤县为例

Analysis on the Path of High-Quality Rural Development under the Concept of Green Development———Taking Minqin County as an Example

基于国家乡村振兴战略的提出与部署,绿色发展理念对新时代中国乡村高质量发展意义重大。绿色发展理念引领乡村高质量发展,厚植乡村高质量发展含绿量,提升乡村绿色发展含金量。目前部分乡村以绿色发展理念引领高质量发展取得显著成效,农民收入逐年增长,生态环境治理和相关产业崭露头角,但仍存在自然条件恶劣、农业产业升级转型缓慢、乡村环境治理力度不够、特色产业发展力量不足等一系列的问题和挑战,因此探寻以绿色发展理念为核心的乡村高质量发展路径势在必行。应加大绿色乡村产业发展,提高生态环境治理意识,建设生态文明乡村,聚焦乡村特色产业发展,践行绿色发展理念,实现乡村高质量发展。

Based on the proposal and deployment of the national rural revitalization strategy,the concept of green development is of great significance to the high-quality development of China's rural areas in the new era.The concept of green development leads to high-quality rural development,cultivates high-quality rural development with green content,and improves the value of green rural development.Part of the country with green development concept leading high quality development has achieved remarkable results,farmers'income increased year by year,the ecological environment governance and related industries are emerging,but there are still bad natural conditions,agricultural industry upgrading transformation slow,rural environmental governance not enough,characteristic industry development strength insufficient,and so on,a series of problems and challenges.Therefore,it is imperative to explore a high-quality development path for rural areas with the core concept of green development.We should increase the development of green rural industries,raise the awareness of ecological and environmental governance,build ecological civilized villages,focus on the development of industries with rural characteristics,practice the concept of green development,and achieve high-quality rural development.
