唐山市科技金融综合服务平台完善路径研究

Research on the Improvement Path of Tangshan Science and Technology Finance Integrated Service Platform

近年来,唐山市战略性新兴产业和高新技术产业增加值呈现加速成长态势,高新技术企业和科技型中小企业数量逐年攀升,依托现有的企业综合金融服务平台、融资信用服务平台等,科技型中小企业在资金获取以及经营保障等方面获得了一定的支持,但目前科技金融产品和服务与企业需求并未实现高效对接,存在较大的可完善空间。在分析唐山现有的企业综合金融服务平台运行情况基础上,提出了其在科技金融服务方面存在的问题,并从平台定位、科技金融产品线、中介服务体系、风险补偿机制等方面提出了唐山市科技金融综合服务平台的完善路径。

In recent years,the added value of strategic emerging industries and high-tech industries in Tangshan has shown an accelerated growth trend,and the number of high-tech enterprises and scientific and technical SMEs has increased year by year.Relying on the existing enterprise integrated financial service platform and financing credit service platform,scientific and technical SMEs have obtained certain support in terms of capital acquisition and operation security.However,at present,science and technology finance products and services have not achieved efficient docking with the needs of enterprises,leaving considerable room for improvement.Based on the analysis of the operation of the existing enterprise integrated financial service platform in Tangshan,this paper puts forward the existing problems in the scientific and technological financial service,and puts forward the improvement path of the science and technology finance integrated service platform in Tangshan from the aspects of platform positioning,science and technology finance product line,intermediary service system and risk compensation mechanism.
