藤黄健骨胶囊在L,S椎间盘突出症术后中的应用及对血清β-内啡肽、IL-1β水平的影响

Tenghuang Jiangu Capsule in Patients with L and S Intervertebral Disc Herniation and Its Effect on Serumβ-endorphin and IL-1βLevels

目的:探析藤黄健骨胶囊在L,S椎间盘突出症术后中的应用,及对血清β-内啡肽、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年3月我院收治的L,S椎间盘突出症患者110例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。两组患者均接受UBE手术治疗,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用藤黄健骨胶囊联合治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、血生化指标水平[β-内啡肽、IL-1β、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]、中医证候评分[主证总积分、次证总积分]、日本骨科学会评分(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗3 d、4周后,VAS评分降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,β-内啡肽、SOD检测值升高幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05),IL-1β检测值及主证总积分、次证总积分降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,JOA评分升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),ODI值降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藤黄健骨胶囊在L,S椎间盘突出症UBE术后治疗中,治疗效果更为理想,能缓解疼痛、减轻炎症反应,对缓解腰椎功能障碍、促进腰椎功能的恢复、提升临床疗效等均有重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the application of tenghuang jiangu capsule in L,S intervertebral disc herniation after operation,and its effect on serumβ-endorphin and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels.Methods:A total of 110 patients with L and S disc herniation admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.All patients were treated with UBE,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with tenghuang jiangu capsule on the basis of the control group.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,blood biochemical indexes[β-endorphin,IL-1β,superoxide dismutase(SOD)],TCM syndrome score[total score of primary syndrome and total score of secondary syndrome],Japanese Orthopaedic Society score(JOA),oswestry disability index(ODI),and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 d and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The increase range ofβ-endorphin and SOD levels were higher than those in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The decrease range of the IL-1βlevels,the total score of main syndrome,the total score of secondary syndrome were higher than those in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The increase range of the JOA score was higher than that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The decrease range of the ODI level was higher than that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative UBE treatment of L and S disc herniation,Jiangu capsule has a more ideal therapeutic effect,which can relieve pain and reduce inflammation,play an important role in alleviating lumbar dysfunction,promoting the recovery of lumbar function,and improving clinical efficacy.
