全铜艾灸棒对于血液透析患者动静脉内瘘功能的影响

Effects of whole copper moxibustion stick on arteriovenous fistula function in patients undergoing hemodialysis

目的探究全铜艾灸棒对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘功能的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的60例行自体动静脉内瘘形成术的血液透析患者作为研究对象,按单双数法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合全铜艾灸棒辅助治疗。比较两组内瘘成熟时间、内瘘成熟率、内瘘功能、肾功能[血清肌酐(SCr)、尿酸(UA)、血尿素氮(BUN)]及并发症发生率。结果观察组内瘘成熟时间明显短于对照组,内瘘成熟率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用1年后,两组瘘口直径明显小于首次使用,瘘口血流量明显少于首次使用,但观察组瘘口直径明显大于对照组,瘘口血流量明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用1年后,两组SCr、UA、BUN水平均低于首次使用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全铜艾灸棒能加速动静脉内瘘血液透析患者内瘘成熟,有效维持动静脉内瘘功能,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of whole copper moxibustion stick on arteriovenous fistula function in patients undergoing hemodi-alysis.Methods 60 patients with hemodialysis who underwent autologous arteriovenous fistula formation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with whole copper moxibustion stick on the basis of the control group.The fistula maturation time,fistula mat-uration rate,fistula function,renal function(serum creatinine[SCr],uric acid[UA],blood urea nitrogen[BUN])and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The fistula maturation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the con-trol group,and the fistula maturation rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After use 1 year,the fistula diameter of the two groups was significantly smaller than that of the first use,and the fistula blood flow was significantly less than that of the first use,but the fistula diameter in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group,and the fistula blood flow was significantly more than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After use 1 year,the SCr,UA and BUN of the two groups were lower than those of the first use,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no statis-tically significant difference between the two groups.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 43.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole copper moxibustion stick can accel-erate the fistula maturation,effectively maintain the arteriovenous fistula function,and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with hemo-dialysis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
