红花黄色素联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of safflower yellow combined with percutaneous vertebro plasty in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar compression fractures

目的探讨红花黄色素联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月新余北湖医院收治的82例胸腰椎压缩性骨折的老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组行PVP,观察组予以红花黄色素联合PVP治疗。比较两组血小板聚集率[二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、肾上腺素(EP)、P-选择素]、中医症候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组ADP、EP及P-选择素含量均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分和VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为87.80%,高于对照组的58.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花黄色素联合PVP治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效确切,有利于改善患者疼痛程度,减少血小板聚集率,促进骨折恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of safflower yellow combined with percutaneous vertebro plasty(PVP)in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to Xinyu Beihu Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PVP,and the observation group was treated with safflower yellow combined with PVP,the platelet aggregation rate(adenosine diphosphate[ADP],epinephrine[EP],P-selectin),Traditional Chinese Medicine symp-tom score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ADP,EP and P-selectin content of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.80%,which was higher than 58.54%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Safflower yellow combined with PVP in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar compression frac-ture has a definite effect,which is conducive to improving pain and other symptoms of patients,reducing platelet aggregation rate and promoting fracture recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
