针对性护理干预联合药物治疗在外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管皮肤过敏患者中的应用效果

The application effect of targeted nursing intervention combined with drug treatment in patients with skin allergy caused by peripherally inserted central catheter

目的探讨针对性护理干预联合治疗对外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者皮肤过敏情况的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的60例PICC皮肤过敏患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理与对症处理,观察组实施针对性护理联合药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及护理前后生命质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、活力、躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、总体健康评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理联合药物治疗PICC皮肤过敏患者效果显著,能减轻患者皮肤过敏症状,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生命质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention combined with drug treatment in patients with skin aller-gy caused by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods 60 patients with skin allergy with PICC catheterization admitted to Xiamen Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observa-tion group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and symptomatic treatment,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention combined with drug treatment.The clinical efficacy,oc-currence of adverse reactions and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 63.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 60.00%in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental health,emotional function,social function,vitality,physical pain,physiologi-cal function,physiological function,and overall health scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was high-er than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention combined with drug treatment has significant effect on treating PICC patients with skin allergies caused by catheterization,it can alleviate the symptoms of skin allergies,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,prolong the actual catheterization time,and improve the quality of life of patients.
