三伏贴对不同体质慢性咳嗽患者的临床预后分析

Clinical prognosis analysis of San Fu Paste on patients with chronic cough of different body types

目的分析三伏贴对不同体质慢性咳嗽患者的临床预后。方法将207例慢性咳嗽患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组103例予三伏贴治疗,对照组104例予安慰剂贴敷。于试验终点对受试者进行随访,以疾病的再次复发为随访的终点,未复发的患者直至次年三伏天,共1年。结果分层分析显示,治疗1年后阳虚和气虚型体质的人群中,与对照组比较,应用了三伏贴可减少疾病复发风险(P<0.05);多因素COX比例风险回归模型分析发现,使用三伏贴可显著减少慢性咳嗽的复发。结论三伏贴治疗慢性咳嗽,有利于减少1年内疾病复发风险,其中肺阳虚、肺气虚型患者疗效更佳。

Objective To study the clinical prognosis analysis of San Fu Paste on chronic cough patients with different body types.Methods A total of 207 patients with chronic cough were randomly assigned into 2 groups.San Fu Paste and placebo paste were performed in the patients of the treatment group(n=103)and those in the control group(n=104),respectively.The subjects were followed up at the endpoint of the trial,with the recurrence of the disease as the endpoint of the follow-up,and those who did not have any recurrence up to the next year,until the day of San Fu,a total of one year was allowed.Results Stratified analysis showed that the application of San Fu Paste could reduce the risk of disease recurrence among those with Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency body types after one year of treatment compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate COX proportional hazard regression model found that the use of San Fu Paste could significantly reduce the risk of recurrent relapses of chronic cough in patients after one year of treatment.Conclusion The use of San Fu Paste to treat chronic cough is beneficial in reducing the risk of recurrence of the disease within a year,in which the efficacy is more significant in patients with lung yang deficiency and lung qi deficiency.
