Problems and Solutions in Implementation of Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医药对提高人民健康水平优势显著,自《天津市中医药条例》实施以来,天津市中医药事业取得了高质量发展,但也仍然存在一些问题。分别对卫生健康行业及非卫生健康行业调查对象开展问卷调查,就《天津市中医药条例》的制定学习情况、实施情况、存在问题及解决建议进行分析研究,从中医药人才队伍建设、中医药文化及普法宣传、中医药服务监督执法等方面给出对策建议,旨在为《天津市中医药条例》顺利推动提供政策参考,助力天津市中医药事业发展。

Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in improving people’s health.Since the implementation of the Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Tianjin has achieved high-quality development,but there are still some problems.This study conducted questionnaire surveys on survey subjects in the health and non health industries,and analyzed and studied the understanding and learning status,implementation status,existing problems,and solutions of the Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine.Countermeasures and suggestions are provided from aspects such as the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine talent team,traditional Chinese medicine culture and legal publicity,and supervision and law enforcement of traditional Chinese medicine services,aiming to provide the policy reference for the smooth promotion of the Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine,and help the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Tianjin.
