UHMWPE夹芯层合板抗侵彻性能研究

摘要 防护装甲经常会受到高速弹体的冲击,由于材料选取和结构型式决定其防护性能,所以研究高速冲击下防护板的失效机理和抗侵彻性能对研发高性能防护装甲具有重要意义。利用非线性动态显示有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对不同结构型式的UHMWPE夹芯层合靶板进行高速弹体冲击仿真实验,根据实验结果,分析靶板抗侵彻性能。结果表明,在层合板总厚度不变的情况下,UHMWPE纤维比例下降12.5%,弹体剩余速度提高12.3%,层合板吸能减少43 J,立体织物芯材比例下降12.5%,弹体剩余速度上升4.3%,层合板吸能减少14 J,适当提高纤维复合芯材的厚度比可提高层合板的抗侵彻能力。 Protective armor is often impacted by high-speed projectiles,and its material selection and structural form determine its protective performance.It is of great significance to study the failure mechanism and anti-penetration performance of protective armor under high-speed impact.The nonlinear dynamic explicit finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to conduct high-speed projectile impact simulation tests on different structural forms of UHMWPE sandwich laminates,and analyze the anti-penetration performance of the target.The results show that when the total thickness of the laminates remains unchanged,the fiber proportion of UHMWPE decreases by 12.5%,the residual velocity of the projectile body increases by 12.3%,the energy absorption of the laminates decreases by 43 J,the core material proportion of the three-dimensional fabric decreases by 12.5%,the residual velocity of the projectile body increases by 4.3%,and the energy absorption of the laminates decreases by 14 J.Appropriately increasing the thickness ratio of fiber composite core material can improve the penetration resistance of laminates.
