摘要
目的分析缺血性脑血管病应用动态脑CT灌注成像的诊断价值。方法68例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象,均接受多层螺旋CT平扫和动态脑CT灌注成像检查。比较患者患侧与健侧区域及发病<12 h与发病12~30 h的脑血流量(CBF)、脑血容量(CBV)、达峰时间(TTP)。结果患者患侧区域的CBF(45.87±2.60)ml/(100 g·min)、CBV(3.54±0.63)ml/100 g均小于健侧的(50.44±4.35)ml/(100 g·min)、(4.62±0.81)ml/100 g,TTP(12.00±5.52)s长于健侧的(8.15±3.67)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者发病<12 h的CBF(41.87±2.60)ml/(100 g·min)、CBV(3.12±0.63)ml/100 g大于发病12~30 h的(32.44±4.35)ml/(100 g·min)、(2.64±0.21)ml/100 g,TTP(10.15±3.67)s短于发病12~30 h的(16.45±11.55)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病动态脑CT灌注成像应用效果确切,对缺血性脑血管病的诊治提供了参考。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of dynamic cerebral CT perfusion imaging in ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 68 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were studied and examined by multi-slice spiral CT and dynamic cerebral CT perfusion imaging.The cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV)and time to peak(TTP)were compared between the affected and healthy sides of patients,and between patients with<12 h of onset and 12-30 h of onset.Results CBF of(45.87±2.60)ml/(100 g·min)and CBV of(3.54±0.63)ml/100 g of patients on the affected side were lower than those of(50.44±4.35)ml/(100 g·min)and(4.62±0.81)ml/100 g on the healthy side;TTP of(12.00±5.52)s of patients on the affected side was longer than that of(8.15±3.67)s on the healthy side;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CBF of(41.87±2.60)ml/(100 g·min)and CBV of(3.12±0.63)ml/100 g of patients<12 h of onset were higher than those of(32.44±4.35)ml/(100 g·min)and(2.64±0.21)ml/100 g of patients with 12-30 h of onset;TTP of(10.15±3.67)s of patients with<12 h of onset was shorter than that of(16.45±11.55)s of patients with 12-30 h of onset;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dynamic cerebral CT perfusion imaging in ischemic cerebrovascular disease is definite,which provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
