前列地尔辅助连续鼓室灌注术治疗突发性耳聋的效果探讨

The effect of alprostadil assisted continuous tympanic perfusion in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的探讨前列地尔辅助连续鼓室灌注术在突发性耳聋患者中的应用价值。方法100例突发性耳聋患者作为试验对象,随机分为对照组及实验组,每组50例。对照组用单一前列地尔治疗,实验组用前列地尔辅助连续鼓室灌注术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后气导听阈差值。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的78.00%(39/50)(P=0.021)。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的气导听阈差值均低于本组治疗前,且实验组患者的气导听阈差值(50.83±16.55)dB低于对照组的(63.49±18.41)dB(P=0.001)。结论前列地尔辅助连续鼓室灌注术治疗突发性耳聋安全有效,有效缓解了患者的临床症状,提高了整体治疗效果,降低了纯音听阈,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the application value of alprostadil assisted continuous tympanic perfusion in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil alone,and the experimental group was treated with alprostadil assisted continuous tympanic perfusion.The clinical therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and air-conduction hearing threshold difference before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of 78.00%(39/50)of the control group(P=0.021).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the air-conduction hearing threshold difference in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and the air-conduction hearing threshold difference of(50.83±16.55)dB in the experimental group was lower than that of(63.49±18.41)dB in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion Alprostadil assisted continuous tympanic perfusion is safe and effective in the treatment of sudden deafness,and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the overall therapeutic effect,and reduce the pure tone hearing threshold,which has clinical application value.
