针刺结合循经走罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with moving cupping along the meridians on periarthritis of shoulder

目的观察针刺结合循经走罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法100例肩周炎患者,以随机对照法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组接受单纯针刺治疗,研究组接受针刺结合循经走罐治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分、肩关节评分、疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者静止痛、抬举痛、肿胀、功能障碍积分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者静止痛积分(0.68±0.15)分、抬举痛积分(0.98±0.21)分、肿胀积分(0.41±0.16)分、功能障碍积分(0.47±0.16)分低于对照组的(1.02±0.18)、(1.43±0.24)、(0.79±0.25)、(0.82±0.28)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肩关节评分高于本组治疗前,疼痛评分低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者肩关节评分(86.14±6.02)分高于对照组的(75.16±6.49)分,疼痛评分(2.33±0.39)分低于对照组的(3.16±0.48)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肩周炎患者的治疗中,以针刺结合循经走罐治疗可以显著改善患者的症状,提升肩关节功能,减轻疼痛感,获得理想疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moving cupping along the meridians on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 100 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into a control group and a study group by randomized control method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture alone,and the study group received acupuncture combined with moving cupping along the meridians.The symptom score,shoulder joint score and pain score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of static pain,lifting pain,swelling and dysfunction in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;in the study group,the static pain score was(0.68±0.15)points,the lifting pain score was(0.98±0.21)points,the swelling score was(0.41±0.16)points,and the dysfunction score was(0.47±0.16)points,which were lower than those of(1.02±0.18),(1.43±0.24),(0.79±0.25),and(0.82±0.28)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint score in both groups was higher than that before treatment in this group,and the pain score was lower than that before treatment in this group;the shoulder joint score of(86.14±6.02)points in the study group was higher than that of(75.16±6.49)points in the control group;the pain score of(2.33±0.39)points in the study group was lower than that of(3.16±0.48)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,acupuncture combined with moving cupping along the meridians can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,enhance shoulder joint function,reduce pain,and obtain ideal efficacy.
