“三个务必”是中国共产党在新时代关于党的建设理论创新的最新成果,立足于党的建设新的伟大工程,服务于党的建设总体要求,最终目的是为了解决“建设一个什么样的长期执政的党、怎样建设一个长期执政的党”的问题,体现出深厚的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。“三个务必”既有从中国共产党的百年奋斗历程中总结概括出来的宝贵经验,又有在新时代治国理政实践基础上的创新发展。研究“三个务必”提出的三重逻辑,对于党在新时代、新背景下持续加强党的建设和跳出历史“周期率”具有重要意义。

The“Three Imperatives”are the latest achievements of the CPC’s theoretical innovation on Party construction in the new era,based on the new great project of Party construction,serving the overall requirements of Party construction,and ultimately aiming at solving the problem of what kind of long-term ruling Party to build and how to build a long-term ruling Party.The“Three Imperatives”reflects the deep theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.This is a valuable experience gained from the CPC’s century-long struggle and the innovative development of the Party based on the practice of governance in the new era.Studying the triple logic of the“Three Imperatives”is of great significance for the Party to continue to strengthen its construction in the new era and new context,and to jump out of the“cyclical rate”of history.
