Jeans fabric washing directly affects jeans size,sewing process and fi nished product quality.This paper explores the pre-control of the shrinkage of jeans and the optimal design of the structure and technology of different parts.Through the optimal design of eating potential,foot pressure,stitch thickness,stitch distance and steam shrinkage setting,excellent jeans can be realized.It is of practical significance to provide reference for jeans production and advocate excellent products in jeans industry.
