摘要
针对瓶装商品,采集表面商品条码双目图像,分别进行处理:定位条码区域,利用对极几何模型,结合投影转换和像素迁移,重构出平整条码图像,对其解析计算,可得条码质量检测各项数据,有效解决了曲面条码产品印刷质量检测难题。选取了50个瓶装样品,采用本文方法完成检测,数据准确,符合国家检验规范,实现了智能化曲面条码印刷质量检测。
Aiming at the bar code of commodity on bottle surface,which binocular images is collected,then will be processed respectively:locate the bar code area,using the counter polar geometry,the flat bar code image can be reconsidered by projection conversion and pixel migration,which is analyzed and calculated,the detection data of barcode quality can be obtain,the problem of printing quality detection of curved barcode products is solved effectively.50 bottle samples were selected and tested by this method,the data is accurate and meet the national inspection standards,and realizes the intelligent curved bar code printing quality detection.
