含磺酸盐型乳化剂的水性环氧树脂的合成及在防腐涂料中的应用研究

A Study on Synthesis of Waterborne Epoxy Resin Containing Sulphonate Emulsifier and Application in Anticorrosive Coatings

以聚醚胺、丙磺酸内酯、环氧树脂为原料合成乳化剂,然后乳化合成水性环氧树脂,并探索了最佳的乳化条件。研究表明采用该树脂制备的水性环氧防腐涂料具有良好的机械性能,且防腐性能优异。

The emulsifier was prepared with polyetheramine,propionyl sulfonate lactone and epoxy resin,then waterborne epoxy resin was synthesized through emulsification,and the optimal conditions of emulsification were explored.The study shows that the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings prepared with this resin have good mechanical properties and excellent anticorrosive properties.
