摘要
以水性树脂、消光粉和其他助剂为原料,通过配方优化改进,制备了一种高耐化学性高透明度的水性全亚光清面漆。探讨了乳胶、消光粉的种类对最终研制的水性全亚光(光泽为2%~5%)清面漆耐化学性和透明度的影响,采用色差仪测试,进行对涂膜的透明度进行评估。结果表明,当配方采用水性树脂3055、消光粉TS100、消光粉MP108时,最终制得的全亚光清面漆的涂膜透明度和耐化学均达到最佳,在标准黑色底板的色差仅为0.27。
A waterborne fully matte varnish with high chemical resistance and transparency was prepared with waterborne resin,matting powder and other additives as raw materials through formula optimization.The effects of latex and matting powder types on the chemical resistance and transparency of the waterborne fully matte(gloss being 2%~5%)varnish finally developed were discussed.The transparency of the coatings film was evaluated with a differential colorimeter.The results show that when the formula has waterborne resin 3055,matting powder TS100 and matting powder MP108,the fully matte varnish finally prepared has optimal film transparency and chemical resistance,with a color difference of only 0.27 on a standard black base plate.
