产业高质量发展视域下提升职业教育适应性:方向与路径

Improving the Adaptability of Vocational Education from the Perspective of High-quality Industrial Development:Direction and Path

提升职业教育适应性既是丰富人力资源的逻辑必然,又是释放内需潜能、建设学习型社会的内在要求,对产业高质量发展具有至关重要的作用。现阶段,职业教育发展在管理体制、中高职衔接、产教融合等方面依然面临诸多困境。为此,我国需以服务产业高质量发展、助力形成新发展格局、满足数字经济发展需求、推动多维融合发展为重点方向,增强职业教育适应性。在具体执行层面,应勾勒现代化职业教育制度框架,建立横向衔接和纵向贯通的职业教育体系,探索构建校企命运共同体战略合作机制,推动“三教”改革由“化学治疗”转变为“靶向治疗”。

Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is not only a logical necessity for enriching human resources,but also an inherent requirement for releasing the potential of domestic demand and building a learning society.It plays a vital role in the high quality development of industries.At present,the development of vocational education still faces many difficulties in the management system,the connection between secondary and higher vocational education,the integration of industry and education and so on.Therefore,China needs to focus on serving the high-quality development of industries,helping to form a new development pattern,meeting the development needs of digital economy and promoting multi-dimensional integrated development,so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.At the specific implementation level,we should outline the framework of modern vocational education system,establish a horizontally and vertically connected vocational education system,explore the establishment of a school-enterprise strategic cooperation mechanism,promote the transformation of the“three education reform”from“chemotherapy”to“targeted therapy”.
