摘要
针对道路工程管理领域中成本及工期管理的难题,基于BIM(建筑信息模型)和成本优化研究构建了成本—工期—BIM优化体系。在此基础上,建立了以最低成本为目标的“工期—成本”优化模型,用“施工效率—成本”优化该模型中的函数,并利用BIM技术展示优化结果,确定施工组织情况与成本之间的关系。在实际工程中,对该模型进行了实践应用以验证其科学性和合理性,为基于BIM技术的工程管理研究提供了新视野。
A cost-duration-BIM optimization system based on BIM(Building Information Modeling)and cost optimization research is constructed to solve the problem of cost and duration management in the field of road engineering management.On this basis,a“duration—cost”optimization model with the goal of minimizing cost was established.The functions in the model were optimized by using“construction efficiency—cost”,and the optimization results were displayed by BIM technology to determine the relationship between construction organization and cost.In practical engineering,the system has been applied in practice to verify its scientificity and rationality,providing a new perspective for BIM based engineering management research.
