摘要
基于单点喷射的重型天然气发动机做掺氨燃烧性能特性实验对比,设计了液氨汽化测试与氨气与天然气按比例混合的管路系统,运用性能特性标定的方法控制及其计算空燃比。结果表明:掺氨30%混合后的气体压力0.6MPa、温度20℃,外特性下功率扭矩增加,扭矩区间区分明显,排温降低5℃到20℃;进氨燃料的压力0.7MPa、温度14℃是临界状态,否则液氨汽化失效;标定实际空燃比为14、燃料当量比为0.9到1.1和扭矩的万有特性图;降碳量的比重随着掺氨比例的增加而增加。
Based on the experimental comparison of ammonia-doped combustion performance characteristics of heavy-duty natural gas engine with single point injection,the pipeline system of liquid ammonia vaporization test and proportional mixing of ammonia and natural gas is designed,and the performance characteristics calibration method is used to control and calculate the air-fuel ratio.The results show that when the gas is mixed with 30%ammonia,the pressure is 0.6MPa and the temperature is 20℃;Under the external characteristics,the power torque is increased,the torque interval is distinguished obviously,and the exhaust temperature is reduced by 5℃ to 20℃;The pressure of 0.7MPa and the temperature of 14℃ of the ammonia fuel are critical,otherwise the vaporization of liquid ammonia fails;Calibration of the actual air-fuel ratio of 14,fuel equivalent ratio of 0.9 to 1.1 and torque universal characteristic diagram;The proportion of carbon reduction increases with the increase of ammonia admixture.
