柴油机增压器BPF噪声改善

摘要 增压器作为柴油机进排气系统的重要零部件,主要功能是增加气缸进气压力,提高进气密度,从而增大柴油机功率,增压器还具有提高柴油机经济性、改善排放的优点,因此增压器在柴油机上得到广泛应用。但相比自然吸气柴油机,增压器的噪声较大,尤其是高频噪声特别刺耳,本文以某船用柴油机增压器为研究对象,从增压器结构及工作原理入手研究增压器降噪方法,在不改变增压器进气流量和进气压力的基础上,通过优化增压器压气机叶轮轮径,达到降低增压器BPF噪声的目的,优化后柴油机噪声声压级整体降低约12.9dB(A),高频噪声贡献量明显降低,增压器噪声改善效果明显,为其他型号增压器噪声改善提供一定的参考依据。 Turbocharger as an important part of diesel engine intake and exhaust system,the main function is to increase cylinder intake pressure,improve intake density,thereby increasing diesel engine power,Turbocharger also has the advantages of improving diesel engine economy,improving emissions,so Turbocharger is widely used in diesel engines.However,compared with the naturally aspirated diesel engine,the noise of the Turbocharger is larger,especially the high-frequency noise is particularly harsh,the article takes a marine diesel engine Turbocharger as the research object,starting from the structure and working principle of the Turbocharger to study the Turbocharger noise reduction method,without changing the Turbocharger intake flow and intake pressure,by optimizing the Turbocharger compressor impeller wheel diameter,to achieve the purpose of reducing the Turbocharger BPF noise,the overall sound pressure level of the diesel engine noise after optimization is reduced by about 12.9dB(A),and the contribution of high-frequency noise is significantly reduced.The noise improvement effect of the Turbocharger is obvious,which provides a certain reference for the noise improvement of other types of Turbochargers.
