摘要
定位车在翻车机系统中,是牵送重车供翻车机翻卸的主要设备。定位车牵引力的大小关系到整个翻车机系统翻卸能力。这是因为在每一列重车翻卸中,都包括初始拨车摘机车头、空车完毕排空车和调车的辅助作业时间。长编组的列车可减少辅助作业时间,从而提高港口的翻卸能力。对于长编组的列车就要求定位车有与之相匹配的牵引力。在参考现有的比较成熟的动力学分析方法及车辆计算理论,以国能黄骅港4期重载列车的定位车系统为研究对象,给出详细的求解方法。对定位车承受载荷、功率校核分析,并结合实际明确了实际设备工况中不确定的变量很多,理论设计时要尽可能考虑全面,安全系数要尽量取高一些。
The positioning vehicle is in the dumper system,which is the main equipment for pulling the heavy vehicle for the dumper to unload.The size of the traction force of the positioning vehicle is related to the overturning capacity of the entire dumper system.This is because in each heavy truck dumping,there is an auxiliary operation time for the initial pick-up head,empty car emptying and shunting.Long train formations reduce ancillary operation time,thereby increasing the port's overturning capacity.For long trains,positioning cars are required to have a matching traction force.Referring to the existing mature dynamic analysis method and vehicle calculation theory,taking the positioning vehicle system of Phase 4 heavy haul trains in Huanghua Port as the research object,the detailed solution method is given.Check and analyze the load and power borne by the positioning vehicle,and make it clear that there are many uncertain variables in the actual equipment working condition based on the actual situation.The theoretical design should be as comprehensive as possible,and the safety factor should be as high as possible.
