摘要 本文针对某型汽轮机动静摩擦异常现象进行分析。结果表明:因汽轮机油挡积碳而产生的动静摩擦是导致机组出现不稳定振动的主要原因。通过保持轴承箱周围清洁、合理调整轴承负压、减小缸体对轴承箱辐射热、改造气密式油挡、增大油挡泄油孔孔径等方面的工作,可以减少或避免油挡积碳,保证机组稳定运行。 In this paper,the abnormal phenomenon of dynamic and static friction of a steam turbine is analyzed.Results show that dynamic and static friction caused by carbon deposition in the turbine oil baffle is the main reason of the unstable vibration in the unit.By keeping clean around the bearing box,adjusting the negative pressure of the bearing reasonably,reducing the radiation heat of the cylinder block to the bearing box,transforming the airtight oil baffle,increasing the oil drain hole diameter of the oil baffle and so on,it can reduce or avoid carbon deposition in the oil baffle to ensure the stable operation of the unit.
