摘要
针对当前轨道交通车辆运维系统建设成本居高不下、利用率低等问题,开展轨道交通车辆PHM系统建设成本模型研究。基于RCM方法构建智能运维监测项的决断逻辑,搭建PHM系统监测项点的成本效益模型,计算PHM系统的最佳性能以及投入产出比;以制动系统PHM系统建设为例,评估PHM系统的投入产出比,为智能运维建设提供科学有效的理论支撑。
Aiming at the high construction cost and low utilization rate of the current rail transit vehicle operation and maintenance system,the research on the construction cost model of the rail transit vehicle PHM system was carried out.Based on the RCM method,construct the decision logic of intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring items,build the cost-benefit model of PHM system monitoring items,and calculate the optimal performance and input-output ratio of the PHM system;take the construction of the brake system PHM system as an example to evaluate the PHM system The input-output ratio provides scientific and effective theoretical support for the construction of intelligent operation and maintenance.
