路面烘干设备的特性及影响因素分析

摘要 路面烘干设备作为道路划线工作的辅助设备,确保在路面湿滑路段或潮湿隧道内,可以快速将路面含水率降至6%以下,为标线的施工提供了可靠保障。本文根据路面烘干热平衡原理,进行了路面烘干理论用热量、燃烧热值分析,得出了燃烧能量、排烟损失、路面烘干热量、路面材料加热能量损耗、散热损失及燃料未充分燃烧的能量损失的计算方法,分析了路面烘干效率的影响因素,为同类设备的研制提供了理论基础和技术支持。 As the auxiliary equipment of the road marking,the pavement drying equipment ensures can quickly reduce the road moisture content to less than 6%in the slippery section of the road or in the wet tunnel,and it provides reliable guarantee for the construction of marking line.According to the principle of heat balance in pavement drying,the analysis of heat and combustion heat value in pavement drying theory is carried out,the calculation methods of combustion energy,smoke exhaust loss,road surface drying heat,road surface material heating energy loss,heat dissipation loss and energy loss of fuel incomplete combustion are obtained,the influencing factors of pavement drying efficiency are analyzed,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the development of similar equipment.
