基于海水制蓝湿革的湿态染整加工初探

摘要 为考察海水制蓝湿革(HS)的湿态染整加工性能,以工业水制蓝湿革(GS)作为标杆,采用通用湿态整理工艺,以主要工序的工艺效果、废液中污染物含量以及经湿态染整所得坯革的物理机械性能为评价指标,进行对比研究。试验结果发现:两者的工艺效果、生态性能和产品性能均满足生产要求;HS经湿态染整各工序后所得坯革的感官性能虽略低于GS,但随工序的增加逐步接近;HS湿态染整各工序废液的可溶性固体含量、COD和总铬含量均高于相应的GS;经湿态染整处理后所得到的坯革,HS的厚度、柔软度略低于GS,而增厚率和撕裂强度、断裂伸长率、抗张强度、崩破强度、崩破高度等物理机械性能均略高。这说明,HS具有较好的湿态染整加工性能,具有较好的应用前景。 To investigate processability of wet-end based on the wet-blue prepared from seawater(HS),the wet-blue prepared from industrial water(GS)was used as a benchmark,the process technological effects of the main processes,the pollutant content in the waste liquid and the physical-mechanical properties of the crust were used as evaluation indicators,and a universal wet-end process was used for comparative research.The experimental results showed that the process effectiveness,ecological performance and product performance of both could met the requirements of production;although the process effectiveness of HS was slightly lower than that of GS,it gradually approached with the increase of processes;the soluble solid content,COD and total chromium content of HS wastewater were higher than the corresponding GS;after wet-end treatment,the thickness and softness of HS were slightly lower than that of GS,while tear strength,elongation at break,tensile strength,bursting strength and bursting height of HS were slightly higher than GS.All of those indicate that HS has good wet-end processability and application prospects.
