摘要
超细纤维合成革是最接近真皮结构的人造革,广泛应用于服装、皮鞋、沙发、箱包等领域,因其优良的物理性能在汽车行业也有较广的应用。本文主要探讨水性贴面汽车超纤革的性能指标,对比了油性贴面汽车超纤革的指标。从物理性能、功能性指标、汽车用革的特殊性能要求等指标,确定了水性贴面汽车超纤革的物理性能指标与油性贴面无明显差异,功能性能达到汽车革的要求,在气味性、溶剂残留等方面超越传统的油性贴面,对超纤汽车革行业的清洁化生产有一定的指导意义。
Microfiber leather is the closest to the leather structure of artificial leather,widely used in clothes,leather shoes,sofas,bags and other leather fields,because of its excellent physical properties also has a wide range of applications in the automotive industry.This paper mainly discusses the performance indicators of waterborne veneer automotive microfiber leather,compared with the indicators of oil-based veneer automotive microfiber leather.From the physical properties,functional indicators,special performance requirements of automotive leather and other indicators,it is determined that the physical performance indicators of water-based veneer automotive microfiber leather are not significantly different from oil-based veneers,and the functional performance meets the requirements of automotive leather,surpassing the traditional oil-based veneer in terms of odor and solvent residue,which has certain guiding significance for the clean production of microfiber automotive leather industry.
