粉垄耕作对宁夏银北盐碱地玉米地土壤微生物量及酶活性的影响

摘要 为探究粉垄耕作对土壤理化性质及土壤微生物的影响,对粉垄耕作方式下宁夏银北盐碱地玉米生长期和收获期的土壤酶活性和微生物数量进行了研究。结果表明,与传统对照相比,粉垄深度40 cm提高了玉米生长期0~20 cm土壤中微生物数量和土壤酶活性,其中:细菌数量和脲酶、磷酸酶及蔗糖酶的活性在3种粉垄深度中均为最高;粉垄深度40 cm和45 cm均能提高玉米生长期20~40 cm、收获期0~40 cm土层的微生物数量和土壤酶活性。粉垄耕作能够在一定程度上提高盐碱地土壤微生物数量和土壤酶活性,其中:粉垄40~45 cm深度最佳。 In order to explore the effects of deep vertical rotary tillage on soil physical and chemical properties and soil microorganisms,soil enzyme activities and number of microorganisms during the growing and harvesting periods of maize were studied under this model on saline-alkali land in the Northern Yinchuan Plain of Ningxia.The results showed that compared with the traditional farming methods,deep vertical rotary tillage depth of 40 cm increased the number of microorganisms and the activity of soil enzymes in the 0~20 cm soil layer during the growing period of maize,among which the number of bacteria and the activities of urease,phosphatase and sucrase were the highest in the three kinds of deep vertical rotary tillage depths.Deep vertical rotary tillage depth of 40 cm and 45 cm could improve the microbial quantity and soil enzyme activity in the soil layer of 20~40 cm during the growing period of maize and the soil layer of 0~40 cm during the harvesting period of maize.Deep vertical rotary tillage can improve the number of soil microorganisms and soil enzyme activity in saline-alkali soil to some extent,and the effect of deep vertical rotary tillage depth of 40~45 cm was the best.
