智慧民航建设中的语言规划研究

Research on Language Planning in the Construction of Smart Civil Aviation

智慧民航建设改变民航行业的语言实践,亦呼唤语言规划维护国家安全底线、推动国际民航新秩序。依据马克思主义唯物史观的社会发展动力理论,智慧民航建设推动语言功能性变革,从而发挥推进民航生产方式智慧化转型的作用。据此,本文从国际和国内两大层面,通过智慧民航语言实践、智慧民航语言资源及智慧民航语言规范三方面讨论语言规划如何有意识地规划语言行为,发挥语言促进生产方式变革的积极功能。智慧民航语言规划,促进生产力与生产关系的协调发展;全面推动语言资源建设;促进中国技术标准国际化,维护语言数据安全底线。本研究希冀为数智时代语言规划助力社会发展提供借鉴。

Smart civil aviation has changed the language practice of the civil aviation industry, calling for language planning to maintain the national security bottom line to promote a new international civil aviation order. The construction of smart civil aviation promotes functional changes in language, thereby promoting the intelligent transformation of civil aviation production methods. This article discusses how language planning can consciously plan language behavior and bring into play the positive functions of language in promoting the transformation of production methods from three aspects: smart civil aviation language practice, smart civil aviation language resources, and smart civil aviation language norms. Smart civil aviation language planning aims to promote the coordinated development of productivity and production relations, comprehensively promote the construction of language resources and promote the internationalization of Chinese technical standards and maintain the bottom line of language and data security. This study will provide a reference for language planning in the era of digital intelligence to assist social development.
