铁道信号电子设备联锁故障自动检测器的嵌入式设计

摘要 针对嵌入式铁道信号设备联锁故障诊断方法检测效率低、诊断精度低等问题,提出一种铁道信号电子设备联锁故障自动检测器的嵌入式设计方法。首先,结合嵌入式设计方法,设计信号采集器完成铁道信号电子设备状态信号的采集,设计铁道信号联锁设备故障分类器,实现对嵌入式铁道信号电子设备联锁故障信号的自动提取;然后采用EMD-ICA算法实现对信号的预处理;最后,提取故障信号高维特征,配合嵌入式硬件,获得电子设备故障特征向量,完成故障自动检测。实验结果表明,基于嵌入式的铁道信号电子设备联锁故障自动检测器,可对信号进行有效去噪,且故障诊断准确率较高,平均故障诊断时间仅为2.30 s,应用效果较好。 Aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency and low diagnostic accuracy of embedded railway signal equipment interlocking fault diagnosis methods,an embedded design method for railway signal electronic equipment interlocking fault automatic detector is proposed.Firstly,using embedded design methods,a signal collector is designed to collect the status signals of railway signal electronic equipment,and a fault classifier for railway signal interlocking equipment is designed to automatically extract interlocking fault signals from embedded railway signal electronic equipment.Then,the EMD-ICA algorithm is used to preprocess the signal.Finally,high-dimensional features of the fault signal are extracted,and combined with embedded hardware,electronic device fault feature vectors are obtained to complete automatic fault detection.The experimental results show that the embedded railway signal electronic equipment interlocking fault automatic detector can effectively denoise the signal,and the fault diagnosis accuracy is high.The average fault diagnosis time is only 2.30 s,and the application effect is good.
