双地刀隔离开关新型防误操作装置故障自动化诊断研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了达到故障诊断效果改善目标,为电网安全运行提供保障,该文设计了双地刀隔离开关新型防误操作装置故障自动化诊断方法。依据双地刀隔离开关新型防误操作装置工作原理,分析装置电机定子电流特性,确定转速波动与基波电流、边频分量的关系后,在采集电流信号滤波的基础上,提取其电流等效值特征与边频分量特征,将两特征作为改进SVM故障诊断模型的输入,实现双地刀隔离开关新型防误操作装置故障类型的识别。实验结果表明,所提方法可以完成电流信号特征的提取,且故障诊断结果与实际结果一致,说明所提方法具有实用性。 In order to achieve the goal of improving the effectiveness of fault diagnosis and providing guarantee for the safe operation of the power grid,a new type of automatic fault diagnosis method for preventing misoperation of double earth switch isolation switches has been designed.Based on the working principle of the new anti misoperation device for double earth switch isolation switch,the characteristics of the motor stator current of the device are analyzed,and the relationship between the speed fluctuation and the fundamental current and edge frequency components is determined.On the basis of collecting current signal filtering,the equivalent current value features and edge frequency component features are extracted.The two features are used as inputs to improve the SVM fault diagnosis model,achieving the recognition of the fault type of the new anti misoperation device for double earth switch isolation switch.The experimental results show that the proposed method can complete the extraction of current signal features,and the fault diagnosis results are consistent with the actual results,indicating that the proposed method is practical.
