徐州某高校大学生口腔健康知信行情况调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of oral health among students in a college of Xuzhou and influencing factor analysis

目的通过调查徐州某高校大学生口腔健康知信行(knowledge,attitude/belief,practice,KAP)情况,探讨分析影响口腔健康KAP理论模式整体情况的危险因素。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用随机整群抽样法抽取徐州某高校二级学院学生参与调查,返回有效问卷共956份,对数据进行统计描述及单因素、多因素logistic回归分析。结果单因素logistic回归分析结果显示年级、父亲最高学历、母亲最高学历、家庭年收入、参加医保情况等5个因素对大学生口腔健康KAP整体情况的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素logistic回归分析进一步发现年级、母亲最高学历、家庭年收入、参加医保情况等4个因素是影响大学生口腔健康KAP整体情况的危险因素。结论可以针对年级、母亲最高学历、家庭年收入、参加医保情况等危险因素为徐州某高校大学生制定更加系统准确的口腔健康宣教计划。

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude/belief and practice(KAP)of oral health among students in a college of Xuzhou,and explore and analyze the risk factors that affect the overall situation of KAP.Methods A survey was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire.The random cluster sampling method was used to select students from each department to participate in the survey.A total of 956 valid questionnaires were returned.Data were statistically described and analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that grade,father′s highest education level,mother′s highest education level,family annual income and participation in medical insurance had statistical differences in the overall situation of oral health KAP among college students(P<0.05).Furthermore,multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that grade,mother′s highest education level,family annual income and participation in medical insurance were the risk factors affecting the overall situation of oral health KAP among college students.Conclusions A more systematic and accurate oral health education plan can be developed for students in the college,with respect to the risk factors of grade,mother′s highest education level,family annual income and participation in medical insurance.
