企业团队断裂带对企业社会责任的影响机制——知识基础及共享愿景起中介调节作用

摘要 在国家大力推进全体人民共同富裕的背景下,企业作为社会经济组织中重要的一员,如何做到将自身利益与社会利益结合,履行好自身社会责任是当下不可忽视的问题。本文从企业团队结构视角出发,探究团队断裂带与企业履行社会责任之间的作用机制。通过构建一个有调节的中介模型,并基于400份问卷调查数据,运用回归分析和Bootstrap法进行假设检验,实证分析团队断裂带对企业社会责任履行的影响。研究结果表明:团队断裂带有助于企业决策,对企业履行社会责任有正向作用;团队断裂带能给企业带来多元化的资源,丰富企业的知识基础,从而提升企业的决策效率,促进企业履行社会责任;共享愿景在团队断裂带、知识基础对企业社会责任的影响机制中均起到正向调节作用。研究不仅从理论上探究了团队断裂带对于企业履行社会责任的影响机制,还有助于对于如何提高企业履行社会责任提供方向和建议。 Under the background of the state vigorously promoting the common prosperity of all the people,enterprises are important members of social and economic organizations.How to combine their own interests with social interests and fulfill their own social responsibilities is a problem that cannot be ignored at present.From the perspective of corporate team structure,this paper explores the mechanism between team fault zone and corporate social responsibility.By constructing a moderated mediation model and using 400 questionnaire survey data,the proposed hypotheses in this study was examined by means of regression analysis and Bootstrap method,and the impact of team fault zone on CSR fulfillment was empirically analyzed.The results show that the team fault zone contributes to corporate decision-making and has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility.Team fault zone can bring diversified resources to enterprises,enrich the knowledge base of enterprises,so as to improve the decision-making efficiency of enterprises and promote enterprises to fulfill social responsibilities;Shared vision plays a positive moderating role in the impact mechanism of team fracture zone and knowledge base on corporate social responsibility.This study not only theoretically explores the impact mechanism of team fault zone on corporate social responsibility,but also helps to provide directions and suggestions on how to improve corporate social responsibility.
