摘要
农业生产效率的提高是农业现代化的重要标志。本研究选取甘肃省2012—2021年的投入和产出数据,运用DEA模型测算甘肃省农业生产效率,通过建立灰色关联度模型分析其影响因素。研究结果表明,甘肃省农业生产单位的平均综合效率相对较低,存在一定的提升空间。而影响农业生产效率的因素中,农民人均可支配收入、农林水事财政支出、有效灌溉面积、农林牧渔业劳动人数、农用塑料薄膜使用量、农用化肥施用折纯量、农业机械总动力起到了积极的促进作用。最后根据结论提出加强水资源管理和土地资源优化利用、持续推进农业供给侧结构性改革等政策建议。
The improvement of agricultural production efficiency is an important symbol of agricultural modernization.In this study,based on the input and output data of Gansu Province from 2012 to 2021,the agricultural production efficiency of Gansu Province is measured using the DEA model,and the influencing factors are explored using the Grey correlation model.The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production units in Gansu Province is relatively low,and there is some room for improvement.Among the factors affecting agricultural production efficiency,per capital disposable income of farmers,financial expenditure on agriculture,forestry and water affairs,effective irrigated area,the number of labor employment in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,the amount of plastic film used in agriculture,the discounted amount of fertilizers applied in agriculture,and the total power of agricultural machinery play a positive role in promoting the efficiency.Finally,based on the conclusions,policy recommendations such as strengthen water resource management,the optimal use of land resources,as well as continuously promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,are put forward.
