摘要 随着教育改革的深入,小学数学教育的教学模式正在发生变革,其中教学互动逐渐受到重视。教学互动作为一种学生为中心的教学模式,不仅能够激发学生的学习兴趣,还能帮助教师更好地理解学生的学习需求。本文首先定义了教学互动,并探讨了其特点和分类。接着,文章深入探讨了教学互动在小学数学教师发展中的多重作用,如促进教师的专业成长、提高教学效果、拓展教师的教学视野等。此外,本文还通过案例分析,探讨了教学互动的实际应用和其中的挑战。最后,总结了教学互动的核心价值、多重作用、挑战及未来发展趋势强调了教学互动在小学数学教师发展中的重要性。 With the deepening of educational reforms,the teaching model in primary school mathematics education is undergoing transformation,with increasing attention to teaching interaction.Teaching interaction,as a student-centered teaching approach,not only sparks students'interest in learning but also helps teachers better understand students'learning needs.This paper begins by defining teaching interaction and exploring its characteristics and classifications.Subsequently,it delves into the multifaceted roles of teaching interaction in the development of primary school mathematics teachers,such as promoting teachers’professional growth,enhancing teaching effectiveness,and broadening teachers'pedagogical perspectives.Additionally,this paper conducts a case analysis to examine the practical applications of teaching interaction and the challenges it entails.Finally,the study summarizes the core values,multiple roles,challenges,and future development trends of instructional interaction,emphasizing its significance in the development of primary school mathematics teachers.
