城市更新背景下的文物建筑保护与活化

Conservation and Revitalization of Heritage Buildings in the Context of Urban Renewal

中华文化悠久,发展出众多具有文化属性的文物建筑。现如今,大量珍贵文物建筑受到损坏,亟需保护和活化。然而,受限于资金、人力等问题,文物建筑无法得到很好的保护利用。该文章以武汉古德寺例,对其院落空间、入口标识进行分析,总结归纳出基于城市更新背景下的切实可信的活化利用方式,并将其运用于天津原华新纱厂锅炉房的改造更新的设计上,以此来为其他的文物建筑的活化利用提供参考价值。

China has a long history of culture and has developed numerous heritage buildings with cultural attributes.Nowadays,a large number of valuable heritage buildings have been damaged and are in urgent need of protection and revitalization.However,due to the limitation of funds,manpower and other problems,the cultural relics buildings cannot be well protected and utilized.The article takes Wuhan Gude Temple as an example,analyzes its courtyard space and entrance signs,and summarizes a practical and credible revitalization method based on the urban renewal context.Then,it applies this approach to the design of the renovation and renewal of the boiler house of the former Huaxin Yarn Factory in Tianjin,so as to provide reference value for the revitalization and utilization of other cultural relic buildings.
