摘要
本文首先介绍了数字化转型中建设人力资源信息系统的必要性。再通过专业的研究与分析,弄清楚人力资源信息系统的建设过程。过程内容包括引入综合管理系统、开展数字化招聘、搭建员工自助服务系统、推动数字化培训及加强数据隐私保护等。然后根据信息系统建设状态,提出优化人力资源信息系统建设的有效方法,从而高效增强数字化转型下人力资源信息系统建设发展水平。
This paper takes the lead in introducing the necessity of human resources information system,and then through professional research and analysis,ascertains the human resources information system construction process.This process includes the introduction of integrated management system,digital recruitment,build staff self-service system,promote digital training and strengthen data privacy protection.According to the information system construction state,we put forward the effective method of human resources information system construction,so as to effectively enhance the human resources information system construction under the digital transformation and development level.
