硅酸盐填充聚对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二醇酯/聚乳酸生物降解薄膜的制备与性能

摘要 采用熔融共混法通过双螺杆挤出机制备了不同种类硅酸盐填充聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯/聚乳酸(PBAT/PLA)材料并吹塑成膜,分析了层状和管柱状结构的硅酸盐及添加量对复合塑料薄膜力学性能、热性能、加工性能及阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的硅酸盐后,材料的热性能维持稳定;另一方面,硅酸盐充当了树脂基体的成核剂,起到了异相成核作用,使PBAT/PLA的结晶度有所提升。当有机改性蒙脱土与白云母添加量为10%~20%、埃洛石纳米管添加量为10%时,复合薄膜的拉伸性能与撕裂强度得到明显提升。硅酸盐的加入对PBAT/PLA薄膜的阻隔性能具有明显的提升作用。总体而言,层状结构白云母硅酸盐填充PBAT/PLA薄膜综合性能提升效果较好,在绿色包装和生物降解农膜覆盖领域具有潜在的应用价值。 Biodegradable silicate-filled poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)/poly(lactic acid)(PBAT/PLA)blend films were prepared through melt-compounding and following film-blowing.The effect of silicate type and content on the mechanical performance,thermal stability,rheology behavior and barrier properties of the films were investigated.The results show that the thermal stability is well maintained for all the PBAT/PLA/silicate composites.The addition of silicate acted as heterogeneous nucleation agent and contributes to an increased crystallinity of the PBAT/PLA matrix.Furthermore,when the content of organo-montmorillonite(OMNT),muscovite(MS)and halloysite nanotubes(HNT)reaches a certain content,the tensile strength,tear resistance and barrier properties are greatly enhanced.Above all,the addition of MS with layered structure into PBAT/PLA exhibits excellent film properties,which show great potential in green packaging and biodegradable film mulching.
