摘要
用酶促聚合的方法,制备了3种含不同侧链官能取代基(包含杂环、芳香、脂肪取代基)的手性聚酯。所有聚合物的结构都通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)确认,聚合物的相对分子质量由凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定,通过该方法合成的手性聚酯相对分子质量均在8.9×10^(3)~12.1×10^(3)。
Three kinds of chiral polyesters containing different side chain functional substituents(including heterocyclic,aromatic and aliphatic substituents)are prepared by enzymatic polymerization.The structures of all polymers are confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.The molecular weight of the polymer is determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The molecular weights of the chiral polyesters synthesized by the method are 8.9×10^(3)~12.1×10^(3).
