摘要
基于弹射救生非电传爆逻辑控制系统对精确程控延期火工品的需求,设计了一种程控精确延时的“火-电”集成式逻辑控制装置,重点研究了装置中隔板点火器不同输出压力驱动活塞做功、拉断不同材料定位螺钉的规律,确定了活塞位移量、定位螺钉拉断临界压力与隔板点火器输出装药量之间的关系。结果表明:在保证活塞有效位移的情况下,相比Al2024-T4及不锈钢316材料的定位螺钉,棒H62Y2材料的定位螺钉被活塞拉断、解除限位所需临界压力最小,为86MPa,对应隔板点火器最小输出装药量为167mg;选用该材料作为活塞定位螺钉,对结构壳体及内部其他组件造成的应变损坏更小,有利于提高该装置的可靠性。
Aimed at the requirement of non-electric initiation logic control system of ejection life saving for accurate programmable delayed initiator,a programmed precise delay"initiation-electric"integrated logic control device was designed,the study of the through-bulkhead initiator with different output pressures driving piston to work and pulling off the piston positioning screw of different materials was focused on,the relationships between the piston displacement,the critical pressure for pulling off the positioning screw and the output charge mass of the through-bulkhead initiator were determined.The results show that,in the case of ensuring the effective displacement of the piston,compared to the positioning screws of Al2024-T4 and stainless steel 316 material,the critical pressure required for the positioning screw of H62 Y2 material pulled off by the piston and relieving the limit is the lowest of 86MPa,which corresponds to the 167mg minimum output charge mass of the through-bulkhead initiator;the selection of this material as the positioning screw causes smaller strain damages to the structural shell and the other internal components,which is conducive to improving the reliability of the device.
